Simply replace the OEM exhaust with the BCFabrications silenced or non silenced Porsche exhaust which attaches to the existing OEM mounting points. This Porsche exhaust upgrade is engineered to improve the efficiency of gas flow which provides more torque, more horsepower, and of course more noise. Reducing the weight of the OEM silencer by almost 50%, this simple modification instantly engages your senses and further enhances the characteristics of the car.
The BCFabs Porsche 718 GT4 / SPYDER / GTS 4.0 OPF /OAP deletes remove the highly restrictive OEM OPF pipe. The OEM OPF has an internal matrix designed to reduce emissions. This matrix drastically affects the gas flow which in turn adversely affects the power and torque whilst reducing the overall volume and quality of sound. The BCFabs OPF deletes deliver instant improved sound and throttle response.
The BCFabs OPF deletes are suitable for use with the OEM manifolds and the OEM back box. Alternatively, reveal “a clean flat 6 howl” and enhance the power by partnering with the popular BCFabrications valved X pipe exhaust.
Silenced and Non silenced.
Through development we have created a silenced and Non silenced version of the Over axle pipe (OAP). The silenced versions have a unique silencer design internally which tackles some of the lower frequencies whilst being slightly louder than the OEM OPF and absorbs some sharpness at the top end – perfect for those who are sensitive to drone/resonance or anyone who is trying to reach a 105db noise regulations whilst optimising performance of their exhaust system.
The Non silenced version increases the volume by several decibles and brings a lot more sharpness to the sound. This is our loudest offering of OAP and sounds incredible when paired with one of our Valved X pipes.
Available in Inconel or Stainless Steel. The Inconel option reveals a high quality exotic tone which has sharpness and pitch and the Stainless Steel option delivers a deeper more classic tone.

THERMAL BARRIERS
The OEM OPF causes a lot of back pressure within the exhaust, in turn increasing the temperature within the surrounding area. The pipe loops up into the wheel arch right next to the suspension and the area lacks any decent cold air flow, with that being said it is imperative to protect the surround area with a thermal barrier.
Replacing the OEM OPF with the BCFabs OPF deletes increases gas flow and reduces back pressure which results in considerably lower temperatures in this area. All BCFabs OPF pipes come with a thermal barrier as standard by way or ceramic coating, a popular solution within high end motorsport. This is the most cost effective solution for reducing surface temperatures and helping protect surrounding areas. This is available in a variety of colours but comes in black as standard. If you would like more information on custom colours please specify at point of order.
As an additional option, the BCFabs OPF deletes are available with thermal insulation lagging which further reduces surface temperatures by up to 75%. This is a hand made solution which works very well and is an additional service if required.

With it’s high nickel content, Inconel is stronger and is resistant to corrosion when compared to both Stainless Steel and Titanium which allows us to decrease the wall thickness of your exhaust, saving weight without compromising on strength.
