Our custom-built exhaust systems are designed and built in-house in the UK by championship-winning exhaust specialists.
To comply with regulations all noise readings are taken at the recommended 0.5m at a 45-degree angle.
Designed and engineered by motorsport professionals and supercar exhaust specialists, our Porsche 718 GT4 sport exhaust range releases the incredible flat 6 4.0L exhaust tone that brings these supercars to life. The OEM exhaust is removed, and the BC Fabs custom exhaust is simply attached to the existing OPF/GPF flange. This supercar exhaust instantly improves the efficiency of gas flow which provides more torque, more horsepower, and of course is much louder. Reducing the weight of the OEM silencer by almost 50%, this simple modification instantly engages your senses and further enhances the characteristics of the car.
The BC Fabs Porsche 718 GT4 Valved and Silenced exhaust is for those who are looking to maintain the option of the valved button in the cabin and to utilise some silencing in the exhaust. With this design, at a low rpm and with valves closed, gasses pass through the smaller diameter pipe and merges right before the tailpipe to reduce resonance through the pipe within the low RPM range. With the valves open and at a higher RPM, gasses pass through both the larger and smaller diameter pipes. Our calculated x piece amplifies the Porsche flat 6 tone as gasses on both sides of the engine mix revealing an incredible howl out of the rear of the car.
Which Material is suitable for a Porsche 718 GT4?
Porsche 718 GT4 Exhausts in Stainless Steel
Choosing our Stainless Steel custom exhaust system means your supercar exhaust can resist high temperature cycles and prolonged vibrations as opposed to exhaust systems made from Titanium, a lighter material that can ultimately crack.
Our Stainless Steel exhausts offer a deep and aggressive tone.
Inconel Exhausts for Porsche 718 GT4
With its high nickel content, using Inconel for a supercar exhaust means more strength as opposed to using Stainless Steel and Titanium. Inconel is a popular material used within the motorsport industry particularly in areas such as rallying, and endurance racing where strength and heat defence, amongst other factors, are crucial. To maintain the weight without compromising on strength we decrease the wall thickness of the exhaust.
Inconel offers a higher pitch in the higher RPM.
