All BC Fabs exhaust systems are designed and built in house in the UK by championship winning motorsport professionals.
All noise readings are taken at the recommended 0.5m at a 45 degree angle.
This modification deletes the highly restrictive stock manifolds, 600 cell cat, and the OPF. Replaced with BC Fabs equal length primaries and HJS motorsport 200 cell sports CAT. Every part of this exhaust has been meticulously designed to optimise power, torque and sound. Gone is the dull and miserable sound these cars left the factory with. The BC Fabs exhaust increases the efficiency of exhaust gasses resulting in a true GT RSR Porsche sound.
Offering optimum power and torque, the BC Fabs design is positioned under the drive shaft as opposed to the original Porsche route of up into the wheel arch and over the drive shaft. This optimised positioning also helps to reduce temperatures within the wheel arch. The OPF Delete / Under Axle Pipe then joins back up to original position where the stock Porsche rear box is mounted.
When the time is right you can change back to stock with no memory of the upgrades.
Which Material is for you ?
With almost 30 years combined experience working with materials such as Stainless Steel, Inconel and Titanium within the most demanding areas of motorsport, we’ve brought top flight racing engineering techniques and a wealth of knowledge to the Porsche 718 GT4 exhaust market.
We offer our Porsche 718 GT4 exhaust systems in 304 Stainless Steel which can withstand high heat cycles and long term vibrations unlike lighter materials such as Titanium which tend to crack over time.
Our Stainless Steel exhausts offer a deep and aggressive tone.
Superior when it comes to exhausts! Inconel is popular in high end motorsport such as Formula 1, rallying and endurance racing, where strength, weight and heat defence is paramount. With it’s high nickel content, Inconel is stronger than both Stainless Steel and Titanium which allows us to decrease the wall thickness of your exhaust, saving weight without compromising on strength.
Inconel offers a higher pitch in the higher RPM.
