BC Fabs’ supercar exhaust systems are all designed and custom-built in the UK in-house by award-winning motorsport exhaust experts.
All noise readings are taken at the recommended 0.5m at a 45-degree angle to comply with the regulations.
This modification removes the highly restrictive stock manifolds, 600 cell cat, and the OPF, replacing them with BC Fabs’ equal length primaries and HJS Motorsport 200 cell sports CAT. Every part of this custom-built exhaust has been meticulously designed to optimise power, torque, and sound, eradicating the dull and miserable sound these cars originally left the factory with. The BC Fabs supercar exhaust increases the efficiency of exhaust gasses resulting in a true GT RSR Porsche sound that is a fantastic supercar upgrade to experience.
Offering optimum power and torque, the BC Fabs design is positioned under the driveshaft as opposed to the original Porsche route of up into the wheel arch and over the driveshaft. This optimised positioning also helps to reduce temperatures within the wheel arch. The OPF Delete / Under Axle Pipe then joins back up to the original position where the stock Porsche rear box is mounted.
This supercar upgrade is suitable to use alongside the existing Porsche box or upgrades to the BC Fabs custom-built rear pipe for ultimate performance and sound.
We recommend using the BC Fabs rear pipe to extract the full power and sound with no drone.
This alteration can be reversed at any time, leaving no memory of the supercar upgrade.
Which Material is suitable for a Porsche 718 GT4?
We have over 30 years’ experience working within the motorsport industry using materials such as Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Titanium, and we offer a body of knowledge and top-flight racing engineering techniques to the Porsche 718 GT4 industry.
Stainless Steel Exhaust for Porsche 718 GT4
Our Porsche 718 GT4 custom-built exhaust systems in 304 Stainless Steel can withstand high heat cycles and prolonged vibrations unlike lighter materials such as Titanium which eventually crack over time.
Our Stainless-Steel exhausts offer a deep and aggressive tone.
In the high-end motorsports industry, Inconel is the most superior material to use for motorsport exhausts, especially when it comes to Formula 1, rallying and endurance racing, where strength, weight, and heat defence are vital. Inconel has a high nickel content and is much stronger than both Stainless Steel and Titanium, which allows us to reduce the wall thickness of your exhaust and keep the weight without compromising on strength.
Inconel offers a higher pitch in the higher RPM.
