BC Fabrications is a growing, close knit precision fabrication company for people who’d rather build the answer than be told it. Whether it’s a historic Group C or Formula 1 car, an LMH programme, a hypercar, an engine programme, or a premium restomod, we take drawings, CAD models and creative ideas and turn them into something real – by hand, to tolerances that leave no room for guesswork. Alongside this, we produce our own brand of premium, high-performance aftermarket exhaust systems for Porsche, Ferrari, and Lamborghini.
BC Fabrications started small and a few years ago barely anyone in the industry had heard of us. Today, we’re quoting alongside some of the biggest names in motorsport engineering and we’ve built a genuinely skilled, tight knit team to get here. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of where this goes next.
What you’ll be doing
- TIG welding and fabricating high-quality exhaust systems in thin-gauge Inconel, stainless steel, and titanium (aluminium a bonus)
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and being genuinely involved in how a job gets built not just executing to a spec handed down the line
- Contributing to the CAD to fixture process alongside our design team, so you understand the “why” as well as the “how”
- Working across historic and current motorsport projects, plus our own brand of high performance exhaust systems.
- As you prove yourself, you’ll move onto our most demanding, top-tier client work
Who we’re looking for
We’re a small team, and that’s deliberate, everyone here matters and everyone’s work is visible. We’re after someone with:
- Proven experience in exhaust fabrication and TIG welding, with a genuine eye for detail
- A positive attitude and real pride in precision work – this isn’t a clock-in, clock-out job
- The ability to work closely in a small team, without ego or politics
- Discretion – you’ll be trusted with confidential client and project information, and we need someone who takes that seriously
We’re not the biggest name in the paddock and we don’t have the glamour or budget of the F1 factory teams. What we do have is real, varied, high-skill work, a team that backs each other and a genuine growth story you can be part of rather than just a small piece of.
We’re looking for someone ready to make a proper move, not just dip a toe in – and ideally start with us in September. If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you sooner rather than later.
We’re open to discussing this as a permanent role or a contract-to-permanent arrangement, whichever suits where you’re at.
