With 30 years experience working in the exhaust fabrication industry, honing the knowledge, experience and ability to produce the highest quality exhaust systems, Benjamin Clowes Fabrications Ltd was launched in 2017.
As a graduate from the National College for Motorsport Ben refined his skills with a highly respected exhaust manufacturer specialising in the design and fabrication of custom build requirements. Challenging the status quo he introduced alternative techniques in the fabrication process that controlled costs and delivered enhanced performance that competitors found challenging to match.
As his skills and knowledge developed, so did the variety of racing applications. Using a variety of fabrication and welding techniques to achieve tolerances as little as +/- 0.2mm, Ben has built exhausts for; Supercars, historic racing cars, World Touring cars, GT cars, World Endurance cars, World Rally cars, Moto GP bikes, and a variety of single seater racing such as Formula 3000 and Formula 1. Remaining at the top of his game by transferring his skills through various rule and regulation changes such as the transition from the V8 Normally Aspirated engine era through to the V6 Turbo era in Formula 1.
These exhaust systems have competed on track and won world championships providing a continual source of inspiration.
